Change of use for a historic hotel  

The historic hotel faces a challenge while planning to transform a guest room and an office into a private venue. The renovation involves the city’s permit of change of use, which takes experience and knowledge to apply successfully.

By working with Linhan Design, the hotel acquires the permit within a short time and completes the project ahead of schedule. After remodelling, this venue becomes a high-end Japanese Izayaki decorated with black-themed furniture and finishes.
