After renovation, this lovely home of a young couple and their two-year-old kid transformed into a modern farmhouse interior design. Although it is a renovation project, the characteristics of the old house are preserved and integrated into the new design. 

The space layout has changed prominently, including a small kitchen space converted into a laundry room, a corner turned into a home office, and a big kitchen where the pony wall was removed to make space for a kitchen island and to allow people to see the backyard through windows.    

Wood material and light-colour paint are applied to most of the space while the wallpaper is exclusively used in the powder room, with a green leaf pattern that connects nature from outside to inside.

The master bedroom has an accent wall with dark navy paint to contrast the hardwood flooring and white walls. Brass finish lighting fixtures are used to create a modern farmhouse style.
