Santouka Ramen Restaurant

Hailing from Hokkaido, Japan, the renowned Santouka Ramen extended its presence by opening a third store in Metro Vancouver. To transform the space from a retail store into a Ramen restaurant, this project tackles the challenges of adjusting structural elements, involving communication with building strata, owners, and the city.
 
The design features warm-tone wood with black hardware, presenting a modern yet warm aesthetic. The see-through partitions and counter design contribute to a sense of spaciousness, enhancing the overall atmospheric dining experience.
